Visiting This Site
This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking pixels. Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies and does not collect personal data. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
The Contact Form
If you write to me through the contact form, I receive the name, email address and message you enter, the role you pick, and the page you wrote from. I use this only to answer you. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps you ask for before a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form posts to a small mailer endpoint on lucido.dev, which hands the message to Resend, an email delivery service, and it arrives in my inbox. Resend and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, where applicable under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How Long I Keep It
I keep your message and my reply as long as needed to answer and follow up, and delete them at the latest three years after our last contact. Earlier deletion is possible at any time on request.
Your Rights
You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
If this changes, for example because I add cookies or another service, I update this page and its date.
